For over a decade, Sharon Rose Gabet entertained daytime audiences everywhere. She was first Raven on The Edge of Night, then she was Brittany Peterson on Another World, finally she was Melinda Cramer on One Life To Live.

Gabet is a talented and beautiful woman and I had the privilege of interviewing her today! We not only talked about soaps and supercouples, we also talked about her work in the medical field. She took up medical work after her daughter was diagnosed with autism.

However, on CBS daytime’s Guiding Light Robert Newman was making his soap debut as Joshua Lewis. Joshua would go down in the history books, as one of the greatest characters in soap opera history.
